100% Pure essential oils have an endless amount of uses, and for Frankincense oil in particular, I have found that these uses are upon my favorites, in no particular order,: stress relief and anxiety calming properties, antiseptic properties,( which have a wide range of use including acne, oral hygiene, and even household cleaning), and as a respiratory aid. (to calm coughs, and stuffy noses) this is my first Frankincense oil and i very happy Topical Use: You can use 1-2 drops direct, or dilute with a carrier oil and use a roller directly on skin.
