this is very strong cleanse but gentle in your stomach in the first 3 days was horrible i had a lot cramps but i guess it was working and i continued taking it and drank a lot water
the first days i have a little discomfort like cramps but is normal because is cleaning colon cleans has all natural ingredients so is afe for you
