This is a 16 oz bottle I use this for Carrier oil I mix with peppermint and apply to my sole to refresh tire feet and is very effective it doesn't has the strong coconut scent or flavor I know is for external use but I tried to use to do the oil pulling .andI stick with the other one the creamy tasty one the food grade.
